Delivery Terms and Cancellation

Once you successfully complete your Orders Online, we will begin to process it on the same day to schedule your order for delivery.

How Delivery Works?-

Step 1- As soon as we receive your order, your order becomes under process and we start preparing your order. Please ensure you have given us the best contact number so that we can process your order as soon as possible. If you do not answer our call, we do not process your orders until we establish contact with you.

Step 2- Once orders are processed, our logistic will initiate an SMS to your registered email address for your order invoice. Then you will get a call from our logistic team to schedule your delivery.

Step 3- As per your confirmed delivery schedule, we will attempt to deliver your orders.

Delivery Policy 


Minturkia will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in a timely manner with no faulty orders.

In some instances even if the orders are placed before 5.pm, It may take an extra day to deliver your orders,
depending on the circumstances that may arise while processing your orders.
In these instances, we will ensure to make all the efforts to contact you and notify about any delays
either via phone call or email.
At Minturkia, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by
telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
A delivery fee of AED 20 will be charged for local deliveries for orders under 100 AED. We will provide free delivery for your orders over AED 100.
We will endeavor to deliver your in-Dubai orders to you within 1 hour by our own courier vehicles or courier companies once they are processed and prepared. Delivery time of your non-Dubai orders may take up to 1 day.

Order Availability

Products in Minturkia are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be
notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 30 minutes; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
